Thoughts:
I could have used a lot more practice for my speech. That is most certainly the main problem, and I'm guessing that I could have delivered the speech much more fluently had I actually practiced at least a bit beforehand. It also would have helped greatly to actually memorize the speech, which would help improve fluency, etc.

Yu-san, your idea was great and I really liked the visuals. But I have to agree with all of your thoughts. Your speech was a little hard to understand because of lack of fluency and I think if you worked on your diction in general, not just in Japanese, it will improve your speaking abilities greatly.
